Songs from the new musical, The Mysteries of Harris Burdick, which just completed a two-week run at Barrington Stage Co. will be presented as part of Broadway at Birdland on Monday, September 17 at 7 PM. The score of the new musical is by Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen (The Burnt Part Boys) with book and direction by Joe Calarco (Shakespeare's R&J). The cast includes Broadway veterans like Obie Award winner Donna Lynne Champlin (Sweeney Todd), Drama Desk nominee Lynne Wintersteller (Closer Than Ever), Michael Winther (Songs from An Unmade Bed), Matt Caplan (Broadway's High Fidelity and Rent), and Charlie Brady (BSC's The Burnt Part Boys). Tom Kitt (composer/High Fidelity) is Musical Director for the concert.
